The estate is ideal for seminars, public relations events, or company outings to motivate employees. The 200-seat amphitheatre is particularly well suited for conferences or large seminars.

In total, the business centre is home to 3 conference rooms with space of 90 to 130 m². There are also 8 meeting rooms with space of 40 to 100 m². Finally, there are 9 smaller rooms with space of 12 to 32 m². All of these rooms are climate-controlled and soundproofed. These rooms also provide features such as secure Internet via Wi-Fi, video conferencing equipment, sound systems, video projector and DVD players.

Whatever the nature of the meetings or the number of the participants, the Domaine Lyon Saint Joseph offers all-in-one business services that can combine the rental of meeting space, hotel accommodation, and meal services.

ROOM HIRE / SEMINARS

With its its wide variety of meeting rooms, the Domaine Lyon Saint Joseph will be able to find the best space for your requirements : small offices for recruitment or individual interviews, meeting rooms for commissions, management boards and committees; larger rooms for training; or our amphitheatre for conferences, symposia, congress meetings etc.

AMPHITHEATRE

The Domaine Lyon Saint Joseph has an amphitheatre with a capacity for 200 people, seats with writing supports, desks and lectern on a podium.

The following equipment is available in the amphitheatre :
• 4000 lumens video-projector,
• 300×225 screen,
• 4 fixed microphones and 2 HF microphones,
• 2 computer inputs.

For any special requirements, such as translation booths or a video-conference system, our partner Europ Elec can offer tailored solutions.

Personalized reception, distribution of badges or signing of attendance sheets can be organised at the entrance to the amphitheatre.

CONFERENCE ROOMS

The Domaine Lyon Saint Joseph has 3 conference rooms that can accommodate from 70 to 100 people in a theatre or class room configuration (with chairs with writing supports or conventional chairs). The rooms are located on the ground floor and second floor, all three have natural daylight and a view of the Monts du Lyonnais or the park.

The conference rooms are equipped with :
• video-projector,
• screen,
• sound system,
• paperboard with markers.

MEETING ROOMS

The Domaine has 12 meeting rooms which can accommodate between 8 and 60 people.

Every room is equipped with :

The meeting rooms are available in various configurations: U, theatre, class room, cabaret, islands, etc.

In the context of large-scale seminars, these rooms offer the possibility of a number of sub-committee rooms. For example, the Domaine’s facilities make it possible to divide a large group of 200 people into 10 to 20 sub-groups.

LOUNGES

Informal lounges for up to eight people, furnished with comfortable armchairs, sofas and coffee tables; a video-projector and paperboard can be provided on request at no extra charge. Ideal for brainstorming sessions, discussions, analysis, sub-committees, etc.

All the living rooms profit from the calm and daylight.

Space stands/exposure of 130 m² on the ground floor. This easy space of access is particularly adapted to the installation of stands, the realization of exposure or presentation of products. It is connected directly to space pauses and cocktails and is thus with a strategic location for your exhibitors and partners.
